Amaryllis is our flagship estate wine, sourced from Ridgeback Vineyard on Spring Mountain. The vineyard sits at approximately 1,000 feet above the valley floor and is defined by its very rocky soils, which provide excellent drainage and force the vines to work hard in search of water. These conditions produce very small, thick-skinned berries formed in loose clusters. The resulting wine consistently shows deep color and a structure well suited to medium- to long-term aging.
